Where We Ship
We currently ship throughout Malaysia. If you’re located outside our standard service areas, please contact us at support@ketozeromofoods.com. We’re happy to explore alternative delivery options with you.
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be handled the next business day.
This schedule helps us ship your items as promptly as possible.
Shipping Timeframes
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Express Shipping: Arrives in 1–2 business days and is available in select areas.
Although we aim to meet these delivery windows, some delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or courier issues. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated every step of the way.
